The mission of our company is to enrich the modern lifestyle by integrating it with nature.
Elite Green Housing doo doo is a company which has gathered experienced experts in the field of construction and architecture with the aim of creating modern architectural projects in the natural environment.
The Danube Heights project is our starting point. We invest into the future in which the link between nature, comfort and luxury will become the standard. Thanks to the creativity of our team, we have designed several types of facilities that turn our idea into reality. Our plan is to construct more of such complexes near Belgrade.
We respect the living environment and therefore maintain the highest quality of building, aesthetics and innovative solutions in architecture and construction. We select adequate locations, acquire location and building permits, design and construct residential facilities in rural and uninhabited surroundings.

AUTHOR OF THE CONCEPT
Vladimir Blagojević
The experience gained during 25 years of working and studying life habits of the inhabitants of big cities in Russia, Europe and the States was put to use in the Danube Heights project.
Vladimir Blagojevićborn 1971 in Belgrade where he finished the Architectural-Technical High School and graduated from the Faculty of Architecture.
From his first working day he was involved in all design phases, from preliminary designs to detailed designs and site supervision. After only three years of work he was entrusted with managing GP „Ratko Mitrović – Sochi Office, Russian Federation “ and later was offered the position of the chief manager of GP „Novi Gorod – SKD“ in Sochi, which at the time employed 24 designers and had the total of 700 employees.
After his return to Serbia he has worked at the positions of project managers on important projects for the Russian, American and Serbian markets and at the position of an expert for Russian building codes and regulations.
In the last couple of years he has been focused on design and construction of residential facilities.
