PROGRESS OF WORKS

Aluminum joinery has been installed at Dunavski Biseri and has begun at Dunavske Vile. Dunavski Venac is gaining an additional floor, followed by the roof slab, which completes the structural works on the buildings. Work on the façades and internal installations is now beginning. At the same time, landscaping of the surrounding area is underway.

PROGRESS OF WORKS

The structural works on Danube Villa No. 4 are nearing completion, while Danube Villas 1, 2 and 3, as well as Danube Pearls 1, 2 and 3, have already been structurally completed. Danube Ring 1–8 has reached the ground floor level, and the installation of intermediate floor slabs is expected by the end of the month. By the end of February, all houses within Danube Ring will be structurally completed, and by the end of March, all façade joinery across the entire residential complex will be installed. Façade works and landscaping are scheduled to begin in March.

PROGRESS OF WORKS

We’ve finally stepped out onto the rooftop terraces of the villas, and can now fully present the entire space of the most luxurious residential units. Imagine carefully selecting a bottle from the wine cellar for the occasion, taking the elevator up to the rooftop terrace, and gently swaying in a shaded lounger while watching the boats on the river, endless fields, forests, distant windmills, and the vast sky — as a light breeze enriches the quiet summer afternoon. The construction phase of all three Dunavski Biseri buildings is now fully completed, offering equally stunning views of the river and the fields, with a subtle sfumato accent revealing Belgrade and Avala in the distance.

PROGRESS OF WORKS

After the summer break, we are completing seven of the largest buildings – four Villas and three Pearls. By mid-October, you will be able to enjoy a 360-degree view from each of them. Dunavski Venac will receive its ground floors, which will shape the overall structure of the Dunavski Visovi complex. In parallel with the construction of Dunavski Venac, we are starting landscaping and facade cladding of the Villas and Pearls.

PROGRESS OF WORKS

Danube Pearls 1 and 2 are getting windows and facade doors. At Danube Pearl 3, the installation of the ground floor walls has been completed. Danube Villa 3 is the first villa to receive the floor slab between the ground floor and the upper floor.

PROGRESS OF WORKS

In the previous period, we completed the foundation footings of the ground floor, foundation walls, compacted soil, compacted gravel, the lean reinforced concrete slab, the structural reinforced concrete slab on the ground, and the waterproofing of the foundation walls. We also assembled the ground floor walls next to the previously installed basement walls. In this way, we completed the ground floors of Dunavske Vile 1, 2, and 3, as well as Dunavski Biser 3. Villa 4 is quickly catching up with the other buildings. In June, we will show you the view from the upper floor of all these buildings. You will be able to imagine the view from the floor overlooking the Danube, the windmills in Banat, Belgrade and Avala, and Fruška Gora.

PROGRESS OF WORKS

The thermal insulation of the basement is being completed. The structures of Dunavski Biser 1 and 2 are structurally finished, with only the façade and exterior joinery remaining. The assembly of Dunavske Vile 2, 3, and 4, as well as Dunavski Biser 3, has begun. The horizontal distribution of installations for Dunavski Venac has been completed, and the floor slab has been poured. The production of exterior joinery has also started. All 15 buildings will be structurally completed and enclosed with exterior joinery and security entrance doors by the end of July.

We have installed staircases, providing our customers with access to the rooftop. Visit us and enjoy the panoramic view of the Danube, Srem, Bačka, and Avala.

PROGRESS OF WORKS

Biser 1 has received the final slab and access to the flat roof. Biser 2 has reached the second floor, and the roof slab is expected soon. The villas are ready for the installation of ground floor walls. The cornice is also being prepared for the installation of the ground floor. Weather conditions no longer pose a challenge. The planned completion of prefabricated construction work is set for the end of spring.
