The location of the Danube Heights can be described as sufficiently far from the civilization but still near enough to meet all the needs of the modern lifestyle.
The Danube Heights is located at the end of Belegiš, a village in Srem, on the right bank of the Danube, on a sunny clay plateau at the height of more than 50m above the river level.
The location is only a half-hour drive away from Belgrade and Novi Sad as well as from many Fruška gora monasteries, wineries, two pool complexes and other tourist attractions.
In the immediate vicinity of the location, in the surrounding villages Belegiš, Surduk and Banovci there is all the necessary infrastructure for a comfortable and eventful life. A primary school with the latest equipment has recently opened in the village of Belegiš. Apart from the school, there are many amenities: a health centre, a pharmacy, a store, a football club, an equestrian club with a horse pension and a petrol station.
