The total net area of the building is 386.20 m2 - On the ground floor, directly next to the entrance, there is a bathroom and one room (optional: a workroom, a children’s room or a separate guest room). This room has its own separate three-stairs entrance from the north side of the land plot. On the ground floor, facing the backyard, there are a kitchen, a dining room and a living room, all in an open space, across the entire width of the courtyard façade. These three rooms are reached by descending the three stairs so their ceilings are higher. The living room has a two-sided orientation, towards the backyard and the inner atrium. One part of the living room has a double-height space, which adds to its exclusivity. The kitchen can also be reached from the outer courtyard side, from the north part of the plot. Directly next to the kitchen there is a toilet.
- The following rooms are on the floor of the facility: two bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), one master bedroom with a master bathroom, a big balcony overlooking the Danube, a gym, a library on the gallery and a pantry.
- A smaller area for rest and relaxation is planned in the basement of the facility – a wine cellar with a wall shelf for wines, a toilet, a sauna and an anteroom with a shower. There is also a service room in the basement (washing laundry, ironing etc.) as well as a technical room for mechanical installations.
- The roof is flat and impassable. The staircase exit to the roof is next to the pantry and provides access to the mechanical and lift installations.

- Both types of facilities have a spacious kitchen with a dining room on the ground floor. In the continuation of the space, towards the courtyard, there is a living room which is accessed by three steps, so this room has a greater height. The living room is double-oriented. There is access from it to a partially covered, decorated relaxation area near the pool.
- On the first floor there are two bedrooms with bathrooms, one master bedroom with a master bathroom, and a terrace.
- The roof of the building is a flat impassable roof. The stair exit to the roof is next to the storage room, providing access to mechanical installations and the elevator house.
- The B-type building has a basement with a sauna, a vestibule with a shower, and a bathroom. In the basement there is a service as well as a technical room for mechanical installations.

Wreath
• The Danube Wreath is made up of two facilities, each one with four separate residential units, which makes up the total of eight residential units. All units are typical except the left one, on the west side, which has an annex on the ground floor.
• The access to the facilities is from the west side of the plot, through an internal road. Each residential unit has a separate pedestrian and car entrance.
• The residential units are organized in the form of terraced houses and they have a separate access from the internal road. A typical residential unit is a duplex apartment, net area 170 m2. The access to the residential unit goes through the covered entrance from the front yard. Each unit has a separate yard, a pool and two parking places.
• The residential units on the ground floor have a combined living room, kitchen and dining room. This room has a two-sided orientation. The kitchen has the access to a small yard with a green area while the living room is connected to the yard with a pool.
• On the first floor there are a master bedroom with a master bathroom and a terrace, two bedrooms, another bathroom and a gallery situated next to the staircase. The gallery – an opening in the slab next to the staircase – throws light at the entrance zone of the ground floor and makes a double-height space.
• An exit stairway which provides access to the technical room is located on the roof of the facility.
